About
Personalized Attention for Your Needs
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor with over a decade of training and experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and substance abuse.

I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marist College.

I believe we can strive for self improvement at any age, as long as we have the motivation, support, and courage to acknowledge our imperfections. I am passionate about my work and developing therapeutic relationships with my clients. It is a pleasure to take part in their progress and transformation.

Services

Areas of Focus: Depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, and perinatal wellness. PSI trained.
Most Commonly Used Treatment Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing (MI). The care plan is individualized to the client.

Therapy
Therapy can help you gain awareness, improve emotional stability, and provide a sense of direction. I offer therapy for teens (16+) and adults working through a variety of life challenges.  I offer my empathy, compassion, and integrative techniques to empower you and develop the coping skills needed to move towards your desired goals.

Supervision
In clinical supervision we review cases, work on clinical skill building, and find balance between therapeutic work and self-care. It can also be a benefit for therapists in transition from agency work to private practice.

I offer clinical supervision to students, unlicensed counselors (for hours towards LPC), new, and seasoned therapists.

Contact me about scheduling. Fees for supervision are negotiable.
